3/5/2010 - Investigators Seek Information on 25-Year Old Unsolved Homicide Case - Patricia Lynn Stephen

Twenty-five years ago, on March 1, 1985, the body of 29 year old white female Patricia Lynn Stephen was found in a wooded area west of the intersection of North Blue Angel Parkway and West Michigan Avenue.  Investigation found that Patricia Lynn Stephen was the apparent Victim of Murder. 

 

This case has not yet been solved, and the person or persons responsible for the Murder of Patricia Lynn Stephen is still unknown.  If anyone has any information at all regarding what might have happened to Patricia Lynn Stephen, or if anyone was familiar with Patricia Lynn Stephen during the time frame leading up to March 1, 1985, please contact the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office’s Major Crimes Unit at 850-436-9580, or Crime Stoppers.

On Thursday, 11/12/09 at approximately 8:00 PM, an 18-year-old black female, Active Duty U.S. Navy Sailor, Tyler Jefferson was found shot multiple times in front of 501 N. 49th Street.
